Profile: Dillan Baxter is new to writing about the infrastructure sector having previously written for financial services and business management magazines. His interests in the infrastructure discipline stem from having also worked for National Rail for three years before he returned to education to complete a journalism degree in 2001. He now lives in Portishead, Bristol with his dog.
