Sales and the 'Talent Magnet'

A lot is written about being a ‘Talent Magnet’, either as a company, or as President. It’s all good practice – listen, mentor, reward, provide clear goals and career maps. Good practice for the employer, but what about the employee?

Filter Clear has identified a number of sectors that would benefit from the SMF:

  • Disaster Zones – mobile requirement to supply fresh water quickly, potentially from contaminated supplies, also field hospitals and medical units
  • Developing Countries – reliable fresh water supplies
  • The Food & Drinks Industry - predominantly soft drinks & beer manufacturers – require filtration of their products
  • The Oil & Gas Industry – disposal of wastewater to achieve environmental targets
  • Hospitals – provision of safe to drink supplies to vulnerable groups
  • Public & Private Swimming Pools – avoidance of use of unnecessary chemicals
  • Manufacturing Plants effluent management – reduction in contamination of wastewater
  • Public Water Supplies – large volume requirements and high capital spends

The SMF can also be used for pre-treatments (de-salination, membrane filtration and reverse osmosis) and for specialist operations (precious metal recoveries, oil/water separation plants and iron/manganese removal). There are also many other industries where the technology could be applied e.g. fish farming, food processing, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, military, shipping.

Filter Clear would welcome approaches from companies interested in licensing the SMF technologies. Please contact us at partners@filterclear.com
