Bulldozers, pipelayers, “CHETRA” loaders
Due to the application of advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions machinery of “CHETRA” family has high efficiency in industrial engineering, oil and gas, hydraulic engineering, road building and mining industries. “CHETRA” machines are able to operate under climatic conditions from -50˚С up to +50˚С. Modular design of all units and systems (undercarriage, transmission, cooling, attached implements, cab and controls) ensure easy and convenient maintenance when checking and refueling. Such a design enables also removing and mounting of power train units with separate modules and their subsequent repair in workrooms specially equipped for that, as well as their testing before mounting onto the machine.

Municipal equipment
Multi-functional municipal and construction machines (MKSMs) manufactured by Kurganmashzavod JSC are designed for loading and handling soil, loose and lump materials, for terrain grading, snow and waste removing, transport-storehouse operations, for trenching, well boring, concrete mixing and other operations by means of corresponding changeable attachment, including on soils of low loading capacity.

Versatile tractors made by Lipetsk Tractor JSC. and Vladimir Motor and Tractor Plant JSC. are suited for performing municipal operations all-the-year-round, including cleaning of roadways, sidewalks, construction sites, reconditioning and patching repair of access roads, handling, earthmoving and transport operations, as well as for agricultural and forest application depending on the attachment mounted.

Harvesting machinery
Harvesters, skidders, feller-forwarders, timber loaders manufactured by Silvatec, “Kraslesmash” JSC, “Onezhsk tractor plant” JSC are intended to be used for logging, log processing and transportation.  The machines can be operated on plain and rugged terrain, on steep slopes, on soils with low bearing strength under different climatic conditions.

Tracked all-terrain vehicles
Reliability, ease of operating, high cross-country abilities – these are characteristics of all- terrain vehicles produced by “Kurganmashzavod”JSC and well known under “CHETRA V30” trademark.

CHETRA V30 tracked all- terrain vehicles are designed to be used under moderate climate with temperatures from +50 º С to – 50º С on rugged terrains. All terrain vehicles are able to transport people and various freights (universal module). They can be used also when mounting different special equipment (workshop module) and as special purpose machines (repair shop, machine for well survey, drilling and crane machine). In summer an all- terrain vehicle can be used as a repair shop, whereas in winter with module being removed it is used for transport of   freight or with passenger module being mounted – for people transportation.

Complex of machines to overhaul pipelines
This equipment is designed to clean outer surfaces of main pipelines from dirt and outworn insulating coating and to apply new roll materials to pipelines in trench conditions. This complex allows to meet all the requirements of the technological process and to assure required quality of insulation applied. In respect of its specifications the complex is highly competitive with the best domestic and foreign analogs and often it excels them.

The complex is composed of four technological machines and auxiliary units, namely cleaning machine, shot-blasting machine, pipeline heater and insulating machine. There has been developed a unique technology, allowing to perform local repair of pipelines in confined spaces without application of pipelayers but using attachments of absolutely new category. These minicomplexes provide elimination of manual labor or its minimization when repairing small sections of pipelines. They are meant for small-scale mobile organizations. Besides, they may be successfully used together with heavy equipment when operating in difficult-to-reach places, pipe bends, where there is no possibility to use heavy-duty machinery. Their special effectiveness is observed when they are moving along steeply inclined areas with angle of gradient up to 30 degrees.

High quality
The machinery is adapted for operation under different climatic conditions. CHETRA-11, CHETRA -15, CHETRA -20 and CHETRA -25 have certificates of conformity to the EU directives issued by the TÜV Rheinland InterCert international organization. Component parts of the world famous producers are used when manufacturing the machines. Close cooperation with foreign and domestic technology centers enables to satisfy Customers’ needs to the maximum.

Service means availability of necessary documentation, up-to date equipment and skilled personnel. “CHETRA – Industrial Machinery” specialized Trade and Service Company has a broad network of representatives and service centers in all Russian Federal regions, CIS countries, and India. Trade-in project

Purchasing of machines according to Trade-in program allows to renew the machinery fleet regularly and to avoid costs for repair and sale of the equipment on the secondary market.

When purchasing overhauled machinery one can be sure that it underwent the same tests as new one. Work has been performed in plant conditions observing all the requirements and using spare parts and components that had passed inspection and testing.
